We are committed to providing exceptional catering services. Please review our policies carefully:
- To ensure clarity and safety for both the client and the caterer, a contract outlining event details and an invoice will be provided before the deposit is sent. This ensures that all terms are agreed upon by both parties.
- A deposit of 25% of the total order is required to secure your event date. (DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
- The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event. No exceptions.
- Refunds will only be issued if the issue arises due to the caterer’s error or negligence.
- Cancellations due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for a refund. In such cases, we are happy to reschedule your event for a mutually convenient date.
- Order changes must be requested via email. While we will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, they cannot be guaranteed.
- Liability limitations: The caterer is not responsible for events or issues beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, traffic delays, or client-provided equipment malfunctions.
- All orders must be confirmed in advance, and adherence to these policies helps ensure a smooth and successful event.
